Coffee is liked by everyone, due its aroma and

of coffee without sugar proved to reduce blood sugar by 5-10 points in
diabetics. However it does not mean that you start consuming too much coffee.
Coffee polyphenols are widely believed to be beneficial for diabetics as they
are active anti-inflammatory molecules. Also for the people who are
non-diabetics, drinking coffee everyday could be beneficial for preventing
diabetes.
