Lifestyle management is an important part when you look at preventing gastric problems. Gastric problems often come with frequent sitting. While you work, make sure that you get up and move for a few minutes, so that you help your body to stop producing excessive gases. Sedentary lifestyle and overeating, both are known to contribute gases in the stomach. Hence make sure that you move in between your work.
